Prime Driveway Mobile Detailing provides mobile automotive detailing services at customer-designated locations.
Service availability may vary based on weather, location, vehicle condition, and scheduling availability.
Estimates and Pricing
Prices listed on our website are starting prices and may vary depending on:

Appointment Scheduling
Appointments may be scheduled online, by phone, text message, or email.
We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to weather, equipment issues, safety concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel or reschedule appointments with reasonable notice.
Failure to provide access to the vehicle at the scheduled appointment time may result in cancellation or rescheduling fees.
Vehicle Condition
Customers are responsible for removing personal belongings, valuables, weapons, and sensitive items from the vehicle before service.
Prime Driveway Mobile Detailing is not responsible for loss or damage to personal items left inside the vehicle.
Results Disclaimer
While we strive to achieve the best possible results, certain defects may not be fully removable, including:

No guarantee is made that all imperfections can be completely eliminated.
Payment
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Weather Policy
Because our services are mobile and often performed outdoors, appointments may need to be rescheduled due to rain, extreme temperatures, high winds, or other weather conditions that may affect service quality or safety.
Access to Service Location
Customers must provide adequate access to the vehicle and a safe working environment.
We reserve the right to refuse service if the location presents safety risks to our staff, equipment, or vehicle.
Satisfaction Policy
If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of the service, you must notify us within 24 hours of service completion. We will make reasonable efforts to address any concerns.
Refunds are issued at our sole discretion and only when appropriate under the circumstances.
